In Tenby we had clearer skies on Monday morning and went for a walk to explore the coast.

The original city walls weave through town like a medieval river, about 1/3 of them still standing since the 13th century.

Coco and Brian stopped at Harbwr Brewery to continue our support of the Welsh hops economy. Incredibly, one of Coco’s friends from graduate school (circa 2001-2002), was vacationing in Tenby with her family. She lives in Kent and works in the tourism industry in London.

Welsh traffic jam :-) as we left Tenby to head to North Wales. We stopped in Aberyswyth (Brian’s favorite town to pronounce) and faced some more fierce winds and rain as we explored the local castle and bay. Rain doesn’t stop TeamCocoBri! We had a pint at The Ship & Castle and then carried on to Anglesey.
